Ngày 20/8, Hội đồng quản trị CTCP Thế giới số Trần Anh ( TAG ) đã thông qua các nội dung xin ý kiến cổ đông bằng văn bản.
Một trong những nội dung chính trong đợt xin ý kiến này là đề nghị Đại hội đồng cổ đông xem xét chấp thuận đề nghị của CTCP Đầu tư Thế giới Di động về việc thực hiện các giao dịch nhận chuyển nhượng cổ phiếu TAG dẫn đến việc sở hữu trên 25% vốn điều lệ của Trần Anh mà không phải thực hiện chào mua công khai.
Cùng với động thái trên, Trần Anh cũng xin ý kiến cổ đông chấp thuận việc huỷ niêm yết tự nguyên trên HNX để chuyển sang giao dịch tại Upcom.
Trần Anh hiện là một trong những chuỗi điện máy lớn nhất tại miền Bắc với 39 siêu thị, trong đó có 14 siêu thị tại Hà Nội. Theo nguồn tin của chúng tôi, sau khi được Thế giới Di động mua lại, thương hiệu Trần Anh sẽ tiếp tục được duy trì trong một thời gian.
Cơ cấu cổ đông của Trần Anh hiện khá cô đặc nên nhiều khả năng tiến trình mua lại cổ phiếu của Thế giới Di động sẽ diễn ra nhanh chóng. Hiện tại vợ chồng ông Trần Xuân Kiên – chủ tịch kiêm TGĐ Trần Anh – cùng người liên quan đang nắm giữ 56% cổ phần. Cổ đông chiến lược Nojima sở hữu 30,8% còn lại là các cổ đông khác.
Với thị giá hiện ở mức 37.800 đồng, vốn hoá của Trần Anh đạt gần 940 tỷ đồng. Trong khi đó, vốn hoá của Thế giới Di động lên tới 32.500 tỷ đồng.
Trong 6 tháng đầu năm 2017, Thế giới Di động đạt 31.200 tỷ đồng doanh thu, trong đó riêng chuỗi Điện máy Xanh đóng góp 13.400 tỷ đồng, tăng 140% so với cùng kỳ năm 2016. Đối với Trần Anh, doanh thu của chuỗi điện máy này diện dao động quang mức 1.000 tỷ đồng/quý.
